DinkAI provides a pickleball companion platform that includes:

• AI-powered technique analysis from uploaded videos
• DPR (DinkAI Performance Rating) skill tracking system
• Court finder and club discovery features
• Game session organization and match tracking
• Player community and club chat features
• Progress tracking and skill development roadmaps

3. DPR Rating System Disclaimer

The DPR rating is designed to help you track your improvement within the DinkAI ecosystem. It should not be used as an official rating for tournament registration or sanctioned play.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

5. User Content

You may upload content including videos, profile information, match results, and messages. By uploading content, you:

• Grant DinkAI a license to use, process, and display your content for providing the Services
• Represent that you own or have rights to the content
• Agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Understand that videos uploaded for analysis may be processed by AI systems

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Manipulate match results or game data to artificially inflate ratings
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

The DinkAI name, logo, and all related graphics, software, and content are owned by DinkAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Reverse engineer our software or AI algorithms
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. DinkAI is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI analysis
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of DPR ratings

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINKAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DinkAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
